Pattern Description: Barrel dress takes it’s name from barrel-like shape of the skirt. It can be sewn with sculpted sleeves that complement the skirt's form, or sleeveless.
The dress features a rounded neckline with a keyhole opening at the back, closed with a button and loop. Alternatively, you can use bias binding to finish both the neckline and armholes/sleeve hems for a more relaxed version.
And, of course, there are pockets in side seams!

Fabric Suggestions: Light to medium weight fabrics such as linen, cotton, silk, brocade or fine cord. It would also work in a stable knit like ponte.
