Pattern Description:  The new drop-waist dress is sleeveless with bias binding finishes on the armholes and neckline. It features gathers along the front neckline and a keyhole opening with a bias extending into a tie at the back of the neck. You can make a top or a dress with a drop-waist and side seam pockets.
The pattern is easy to modify. You can extend the top to your desired dress length and add bias binding or a statement ruffle at the hem (see examples in images)
